Rules for Bidding:

The bidding for the "Bulk Lot" is represented in the first lot of the auction, along with each lot represented throughout the rest of the auction. If the "Bulk Lot" bid is higher than the combined total of the rest of the auction, the "Bulk Lot" winner will be awarded all of the lots in the auction. If the combined totals of the individual lots are higher than the bulk lot bid, the individual winners will be awarded their lots. 

Bulk Lot Bidders - Please be aware that, should you win, you will be responsible for the removal of ALL listed items at the site. Any items left behind will be subject to increased rate dumping fees.

BEFORE BIDDING PLEASE READ
1. PREVIEW/Inspection of all items will take place Saturday, September 27th, from 10am to 1pm - 303 Main Street, Carbondale, Colorado, 81623. Signs will be posted.
2. Do not bid on any item in this auction before you read the terms and conditions. If you cannot abide by the terms of the sale or if you are not able to pick items up by the specified dates, DO NOT BID ON THE ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION.
3. All winning bidders must pick up all items you purchased on Wednesday, October 1st, from 10am to 5pm. Apexx Auctions will not be responsible for any items not picked up by 5pm on the 1st.
4. Please note that the tax rate for all other items at the sale location is 8.4%.
5. The buyer's premium is 13% and will be discounted to 10% if you choose to pay with cash or check on the day of pick-up only. The 13% buyer's premium will be reflected on any invoice picked up after this date and will be 16% if paid by credit card.
6. Anyone purchasing firearms must complete a background check before receiving the firearm. The background check process is a $20 fee that will be assessed on the invoice after purchase. Firearms must be picked up at the auction site. Please make an appointment to come to the office to complete the required paperwork and have a background check run. Do not bid on any firearm if you are not able to pass the background check. If you are an out-of-state purchaser, you must make arrangements for your firearm to be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer in your State. You will be responsible for arranging for all shipping and for shipping costs.
7. An items that need to be shipped/transported will be at the expense of the buyer. You will need to arrange for shipping/transportation separately from Apexx Auctions invoice.
8. Apexx Auctions is not responsible for the packing or loading of items. If you need assistance with packing and loading you are responsible for bringing your own help.
9. *** Please Note- This auction will feature an auto extend - if there is a bid on an item within the last 5 minutes of the end of the auction, that item will extend for 5 minutes (i.e., if a bid is placed at 6:57pm on, that item will be extended until 7:02pm, unless someone bids again, which will extend that item for another 5 minutes from the time that bid was placed). This allows our auction to be more like a live auction, in that, someone cannot bid at the last second of the auction and not give you the ability to bid again.
